ポケット健診は、紙の健康診断（人間ドック）結果票を撮影して読み取り、検査値を記録・推移表示する iOS アプリです。検査データは端末内で処理し、開発者のサーバーには送信しません（開発者はサーバーを運用していません）。

Pocket Health Record is an iOS app that reads paper health checkup result sheets from photos and lets you record and track your test values. Checkup data is processed on your device and is never sent to the developer (the developer operates no servers).

Only when you turn it on in Settings, the app writes height, weight, BMI, body fat, waist, blood pressure and fasting glucose to Apple Health. The app does not read Health data and never uses it for advertising or shares it with third parties.

2) 広告 / Advertising / 광고
本アプリは Google AdMob により広告を表示します（Pro 購入者を除く）。広告の配信・測定のため、Google は端末や利用状況に関する情報（端末識別子〔広告 ID〔IDFA〕は除く〕、IP アドレス、広告の表示・操作、診断情報など）を収集する場合があります。トラッキング許可（ATT）の要求は行いません。欧州経済領域・英国などでは Google の同意画面を表示し、アプリの設定から同意を変更・撤回できます。健康・検査データが広告に使われたり Google に送信されたりすることはありません。
This app shows ads through Google AdMob (except for Pro purchasers). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information about your device and usage (device identifiers other than the advertising ID [IDFA], IP address, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, etc.). The app does not request tracking permission (ATT). In regions such as the EEA and UK, Google's consent form is shown, and you can change or withdraw consent from the app's Settings. Health and checkup data is never used for ads or sent to Google.

Pro（広告削除）の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
Pro (ad removal) is purchased through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment information.

4) 保存期間と削除 / Retention and Deletion / 보관 및 삭제
検査データはアプリ内の削除、またはアプリの削除で端末から消去されます。iCloud のデータは iOS の「設定 > Apple アカウント > iCloud」から削除できます。ヘルスケアに書き込んだデータは、アプリの設定「ヘルスケアからポケット健診の記録を削除」またはヘルスケア App から削除できます。
Checkup data is erased from your device when you delete it in the app or delete the app. iCloud data can be deleted from iOS Settings > Apple Account > iCloud. Data written to Apple Health can be deleted from the app's Settings ("Delete Pocket Health Record Data from Health") or from the Health app.
